Job Description:

The Assistant Manager of Food Operations role is responsible for oversight of all food cart operations including line cooking and ingredient prep as well as cleaning, product rotation, and organization of food cart materials such as tools and inventory in storage. This person should be friendly, fast, courteous, detail-oriented, team-oriented yet able to work independently, and creative, with excellent customer service and POS skills.

Experience with Toast POS systems, food cart operations, and breakfast or sandwich shops highly preferred but not required.

Must be able to lift 50#, move easily up and down steps into the food cart, and be able to work well with others in tight spaces.
