Featuring special guest: Lawrence Arizona
Sweet and soulful singer-songwriter folk that beckons us to reclaim what’s ours through the pleasure, joy, grief, and catharsis of song.
Join audrey voon & her Fabulous Friends at Daydreamer Coffee and Public House on October 17th as audrey kicks off her 6-month campaign to fund her debut album, YOU ARE LOVE.
This album will feature songs of love, grief, heartbreak, and hope that speak to our humanity and our interconnectedness with all beings and the earth—songs that have been sung with kindreds in meditations, retreats, song circles, Singing Resistance, and audrey’s new beloved community of singers, Songha.
Join us in this liminal time of becoming.
About audrey
audrey voon is a Portland-based singer and community songweaver with over 20 years of experience singing professionally, and a lifetime of singing joyfully. After years of classical training and singing opera, choral, and musical theatre, audrey found her way back to her authentic voice through meditation and her contemplative practice in 2020. From the spacious awareness cultivated through her practice, audrey began to receive melodies and messages, then full songs that were medicine for her during a time of heightened global upheaval and dis-ease. As she sang them more and more, these songs beckoned to be shared and sung in community. Now, these songs are ready to take flight together in audrey’s debut album, YOU ARE LOVE, coming 2027.
