About the Space

- Additional chairs / tables etc. for a rental fee can be discussed

- Bar top area for products, alcoholic beverage sales, or pre-ordered food
- Small speakers with connection to computer or phone
- Color changing light bulbs to fit the mood (with app)

- No temperature control (the temperature outside is the temperature inside)

- a) Full access to entire space – (1,400 square feet inside space + outside tables and parking lot) $200/hr with 2 hour min
- b) Indoor access only – (1,400 square feet inside space) – $100/hr with 2 hour min
Add ons:
- PA System with (upto) four (4) mics & stands (does not include audio engineer) – $100 flat fee
- Professional Event Planner – $100/hr
- Coffee cart open during your event – $200/hr required to open with pre-paid gift card
- Drink specials crafted for your event – contact us for specialty mocktails

All space rentals
– require you to buy a day of insurance policy through Crimson Insurance or EventInsuranceNow.com
– include start end end time of the rental, you must factor in set up and cleanup into your rental
